Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not yet seen... Hebrews 11:01

I have been standing grateful with empty hands reaching out to God while he has been carving out in me a better person. While waiting I have learned the fruits of the spirit, patience and perseverance. Waiting on HIS perfect timing and HIS perfect Will to take full form in my life. I yearn to live a true prayerful life and to use the gifts God has given me for His purpose and His Glory.

For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, plans not to harm you, plans for hope and a future, plans to prosper. Jeremiah 29:11.

Thank you GOD for bringing me here and for the journey. I am so blessed to be here now coming out with this recording on Reunion Records with the amazing and very talented Chynna Phillips, and to be singing and writing and performing for your GLORY!! We honor you Lord and we thank you for this music and for all your many blessings!!!

Thank you for new friends!!
Vaughan

Dear Vaughan,

I am so pleased about the duo Chynna and Vaughan. I have been an avid Mamas and the Papas fan since I was a teenager, and I remember when Chynna was born! It is exciting that the two of you are using your musical talent for God. I was born and raised on the Presbyterian mission field in the Congo, and now my wife and I are Presbyterian missionaries in Brazil. I read that you were influenced by some missionaries that visited your Presbyterian church in N.C., and I wonder who they were? I am curious if they are people I might know.

I see that you will sing in Woodstock, GA on October 25th. My home in the States is Atlanta, GA, and I have friends in Woodstock. Wish I could be there! But I cannot since I am in Brazil. I hope to hear the two of you perform someday!

With admiration,
Farris Goodrum

Dear Vaughan,

Our Lord distributes His gifts, and the gifts that He placed in you have become a wonderful gift to us.

The gifts and the person of Vaughan Penn are a blessing.

Thank you, Lord Jesus, for Vaughan.

Hi, Vaughan!

Can anyone like myself feel free to ask you and Chynna about anything; not just on parenting, but on/about faith and spiritual beliefs? (I don't know how much time on your hands you two have to spare and want to keep that in mind! :) )

PS: Ah...is it fair to assume I am in trouble with one or more of the 2 of you from the fececious-attended video attachments I sent--esp. one with the ghost appearing and jumping into the camera from the rocking chair?? :) I was only looking to have some surprising good fun--and I'll let ya let me have it should we ever meet face to face, if U want. :) All the best, and God Bless.
