To enter the CHYNNA & VAUGHAN WATCH & WIN - NEW MUSIC GIVEAWAY Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"): tune into Good Morning American on Friday, October 16, 2009, then (a) log on to www.chynnaandvaughan.com and provide the following information: (a) the name of the new Chynna & Vaughan song debuted live on Good Morning America, (b) your name, (c) your town/city, (d) the name of your local Christian retail store, and (e) your email address. Enter as often as you like. All entries must contain a valid name and email address to be accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, incorrect, or misdirected entries. All entries become Sponsors' property and none will be returned. Your submission of an entry certifies that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and have read and complied with all of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsors and Sweepstakes judges. 2. Sweepstakes Period. Entries will be accepted from 10/16/09 through 10/23/09 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on 10/23/09. 3. Selection of Winners. Fifty (50) provisional winners will be chosen at random on or before 10/31/09 by Provident Label Group from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Provident Label Group will attempt to notify the provisional winners by email within forty eight (48) hours of the drawing. If the provisional winners are contacted and notified in person within such 48 hour period and comply with these rules, he/she will be declared an official winner ("Prize Winner"). If a provisional winner is not reached and notified in person by email within forty eight (48) hours of the drawing, or does not comply with these rules, he or she may be disqualified and Provident Label Group may select a substitute provisional winner at random from among all remaining eligible entries. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
